We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that final sale items and custom-made furniture cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Pretty Store ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more beautiful homes worldwide soon.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. Please email us a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
